Shipping Information:

For orders within the U.S., the handling fee is $7.25 for 3 items or less, $8.25 for 4 or more items. We will add the appropriate sales tax for deliveries within California.

International shipping can be significantly more expensive, and we will usually email the shipping cost to you for your approval unless you tell us that you do not need to pre-approve the charge.

We usually ship by US Airmail, but you can specify UPS, FedEx, or another carrier if you're willing to pay the additional cost.

If everything in your order is in stock, we will generally ship in 2 to 4 days. However, if items are backordered - especially items from overseas - it may takes 2 to 4 weeks until we can ship. You can specify a maximum holding time, or can request that we delete anything from your order that's out of stock.

QSM Rush Service: For domestic shipments only, we will ship everything that's in stock right now, and a second shipment when all the backorders arrive. QSM Rush costs an additional $5.00.

Insurance: For domestic shipments sent by US Mail, add $5.00 for orders under $100.00 or $7.00 for $100.00 and over. You will need to sign to received insured shipments.

Declined Credit Card Fee:

Because we must pay a fee when a credit card that we try to run is declined, we charge an additional $3.00 for this.

Returns Policy:

If we make a mistake, we will of course correct it for free. Otherwise, you can return 1 item per order within 30 days. We'll subtract at least 15% for re-stocking, more if the item has been damaged or is obviously used.

Cancellation Policy:

If we have not yet processed your order, we will cancel it upon your request. However, if we have already processed your order, you are responsible for the cost of it.
