MISTRESS SANDY IN THE HOC [Stern Time ST-15]

Mistress Sandy is punishing two bad boys in her "House of Correction" (HOC). She bends them over, side by side, and uses a sturdy strap on their bare rears. As their skin reddens and they squirm helplessly, she smiles with satisfaction. Next, the Mistress strings them up face to face so she can walk around them, using her strap and her cane as she goes.
